Summer and Fall 2013 BearWeb Early Registration Schedule
Students’ specific early registration times are now available via BearWeb under ‘registration status’. Registration times will occur via BearWeb at 6:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m., 6:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m. weekdays with approximately 300 students released at each time. Beyond the order listed below, students were assigned registration times based on the number of cumulative hours completed as of February 22.
Once a student reaches their registration time, BearWeb access will remain open 24/7 through midnight on the following dates: summer sessions -- summer Minimester – Sunday, May 19; summer 10 week session – Wednesday, June 5; summer session I – Wednesday, June 5; summer session II – Friday, July 12: fall – Friday, August 30.
- Graduate Student, Third Year Seminary, and Dual Degree Seminary time slots occur 6 a.m. through 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 27.
- Baylor Business Fellow, Junior BIC, Senior BIC, Computer Science Fellow, Honors Program, International Exchange, and University Scholar time slots occur 6 a.m. and 7 a.m., Thursday, March 28; and 6 a.m. and 7 a.m., Tuesday, April 2.
- Second Year Seminary time slot occurs at 6 p.m., Tuesday, April 2.
- First Year Seminary time slots occur 7 p.m. and 8 p.m., Tuesday, April 2.
- Senior Dean’s List (fall 2012) time slots occur 6 a.m. through 7 p.m., Friday, April 5.
- Senior (90 completed hours) time slots occur 8 p.m., Friday, April 5; and 6 a.m. through 7 p.m., Monday, April 8.
- Junior Dean’s List (fall 2012) time slots occur 8 p.m., Monday, April 8; and 6 a.m., Tuesday, April 9.
- Junior (60-89 completed hours) and New Seminary student time slots occur 7 a.m., Tuesday, April 9 through 6 p.m., Wednesday, April 10.
- Sophomore Dean’s List (fall 2012) and Sophomore BIC time slots occur 7 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 10.
- Sophomore (30-59 completed hours) time slots occur 6 a.m., Thursday, April 11 through 7 a.m., Friday, April 12.
- Freshman Dean’s List (fall 2012) and Freshman BIC time slots occur at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., Friday, April 12.
- Freshman (fewer than 30 completed hours) time slots occur 8 p.m., Friday, April 12; and 6 a.m. through 8 p.m., Monday, April 15.
