Beginning in the Fall 2007 semester, more resources will be available for undergraduates engaged in research and for the faculty who mentor them. These resources will include:

• A new small grant program that will provide research-related funding for undergraduates and their research mentors.
• A renewed Scholars' Day that centers on undergraduate research.
• Awards for undergraduate writing.
• A Web site that will serve as a clearinghouse for undergraduate research opportunities.
