Dae Vasek
Director
Dae Vasek has been at Baylor since 1995. She has her Master of Science in Education from Baylor University. The Director of OALA oversees a staff of professionally trained disability service providers. Their goal is to promote equal access for students with disabilities to college programs and services. Additionally, the Director develops and manages programming, which allows the OALA staff to provide support to the college community and collaborate on college safety policy and procedures.

Blayne Alaniz
Disability Advisor
Blayne Alaniz has been at Baylor since 2013. He has his Master of Science in Exercise and Sport Sciences with an emphasis in Exercise and Sport Psychology from Texas Tech University. Disability Advisors work with students with documented disabilities to provide academic and physical accessibility for students with disabilities, promote independence and maximize academic potential. The Disability Advisors also provide a safe and confidential environment where students have an opportunity to talk about their individual concerns. With this support, students can explore their alternatives, improve coping skills and make informed decisions. When appropriate, a student may be referred to outside agencies. Disability Advisors can also provide information in the areas of study skills, time management and test taking.

Anna Shaw has been at Baylor since 2005. She has her Master of Arts in American Studies from Baylor University. Philip Bukowski
Testing Coordinator
Philip Bukowski has been at Baylor since 2012. Philip has a degree in Business Administration from Tarleton State University. Philip Bukowski is the Testing Coordinator for the Office of Access and Learning Accommodation. The Testing Coordinator is responsible for facilitating all exams given in the testing center and enforces the appropriate policies and procedures.
