Austin to Give Thanksgiving Message at Chapel-Forum Nov. 22

Dr. Bill Austin, chaplain for Baylor University, will deliver a Thanksgiving message during Chapel-Forum at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 22, in Waco Hall.
Austin has been Baylor chaplain since 1990. Previously, he served as pastor for First Baptist Churches of Waxahachie, Vernon and Nacogdoches as well as in other churches in Texas and Oklahoma. He received his bachelor's degree from Hardin-Simmons University and his master's and doctoral degrees from Baylor.
Austin has published 18 books, including Austin's Topical History of Christianity, When God Has Put You on Hold, And Stumbled on a Morning and The Back of God. He has also written extensively for Sunday School curricula, periodicals and editorials.
