Tower Spires Placed On Dutton Avenue Building

Under beautiful blue skies, construction crews lifted the first of two 7,000-pound spires on the towers of the Dutton Avenue office and parking facility on April 24.
The new building at the corner of Dutton Avenue and University Parks Drive will include 1,200 parking spaces and 30,000-square-feet of office space for Baylor academic, information technology and other administrative departments.
The Dutton Avenue facility should be completed by August.
