World Vision President To Speak At Baylor Oct. 9

Rich Stearns, president of World Vision Inc., will speak to students in Chapel at 10 and 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, in Waco Hall on the Baylor University campus.
World Vision began its mission in China in 1950 to help poor children and families in need, regardless of their beliefs, ethnic background or gender. World Vision serves 1.3 million children, who are sponsored by more than a million donors worldwide, in nearly 90 countries.
Rich's visit coincides with Mission Emphasis Week which will feature 27 missionaries from all denominations.
