Additional Slots Available For Baylor Math Camp
Additional slots are open for Baylor University's Summer Math Camp for students entering first through fourth grades.
The camp, sponsored by Baylor's School of Education in partnership with the Center for Community Learning and Enrichment, will be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. July 15-26 on the Baylor campus.
Baylor professors in math curriculum and instruction and teacher candidates studying to become elementary school teachers will work one-on-one with children, as they spend mid-summer heating up some math skills. Designed as a math enrichment program, children will demonstrate their skills to parents during a Math Show Off Day on the last day of camp. The cost of the summer math camp is $175. The deadline to register is Monday, July 8.
