Cross Country Summer Camps To Be Held At Baylor

Baylor University cross country coach Steve Gulley will host two cross country camps June 18-23 and June 25-30.
The camp will focus on teaching the basic fundamentals of cross country running. The campers will learn how to develop skills for specific running styles. The campers also will learn about nutrition, equipment, strategies and weight training.
This is the largest camp in the state for cross country. It specializes solely in cross country and distance running.
The cost for this camp is $340 for overnight campers and $240 for commuter campers.
