400 Area Kids to Attend Santa's Workshop Dec. 5

More than 400 area children will attend Santa's Workshop, an annual campus event, from 10 a.m. to noon Friday, Dec. 5, in Marrs McLean Gymnasium at Baylor University. The event is sponsored by Baylor Student Activities, Staff Council and ARAMARK.

The Fifth Annual Santa's Workshop is for area daycare children ages 3-5. It encourages interaction between the Baylor and Waco community. The festivities include appearances by Santa and Mrs. Claus as well as singing, food and gifts for everyone present.

Baylor athletes and songleaders have been invited to help distribute gifts and meet the children.

Gift donations are being accepted in drop boxes located in campus buildings and campus dining facilities. Student Activities is accepting monetary donations.
