Student Military Veterans
Dr. Janet H. Bagby, senior lecturer in education psychology at Baylor University's School of Education, studies perceptions of post-9/11 military veterans on college campuses, problem-solving transfer within educational environments, early childhood growth and development, and cognitive learning theory.
Bagby is the co-author of a number of publications, including "The effects of environment on children's executive function: A study of three private schools" in the Journal of Research in Childhood Education and "Teaching post 9/11 student-veterans with symptoms of PTSD: The influence of faculty perceptions and self-efficacy" in the Journal of Vocational Rehabilitation.
Bagby earned her bachelor's degree in early childhood education and her master's degree of education in counseling and guidance from the University of Alabama and her doctoral degree in educational psychology from Baylor.
