Dr. Ann Mirabito's research focuses on health policy, consumer health and workplace wellness.
She has explored ways stakeholders can act to improve outcomes and value. Her articles on workplace wellness have appeared in Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review and medical journals including Annals of Internal Medicine and Mayo Clinic Proceedings.
She has extensive executive experience in large (Frito-Lay, Time Warner) and small organizations, consumer and business-to-business and nonprofit and government (Federal Reserve Board).
Dr. Mirabito, assistant professor of marketing at Baylor's Hankamer School of Business, is the recipient of the 2008 Rachel Hunter Moore Award for Outstanding Woman Faculty at Baylor University from Chi Omega sorority and the 2009 Circle of Achievement Award from Mortar Board National College Senior Honor Society.
After receiving her bachelor's degree in economics from Duke University in 1976, she earned her master's degree in business administration from Stanford University in 1983. She received her doctoral degree from Texas A&M University in 2008.
