Tamara Hodges, Ed.D.
Dr. Tamara Hodges is a fulltime lecturer of educational psychology at Baylor University's School of Education. She studies behavioral response to intervention, as well as curricular issues for special needs students, therapeutic approaches for individuals with eating disorders and depression in adolescents and young adults.
Hodges travels around Texas with the Center for Learning and Development, a nonprofit organization that helps struggling students in public schools. In her private practice, she works with people suffering from depression and anxiety and diagnoses learning disabilities. Prior to joining the Baylor faculty, she worked as a consultant for seven school districts, taught in the school system and served as a counselor.
She received her bachelor's degree from Oral Roberts University and her master's and doctorate of education from Baylor.
