Visitors to Baylor University's Gov. Bill and Vara Daniel Historic Village can learn how dairy products were produced during the 19th century during "Udderly Delightful," scheduled for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. Activities include visiting a planter's house to see how farmer cheese is made and taking turns at churning butter. Village guests can even try their hands at milking Bossie, an artificial cow.
