A party at the Mayborn is an exciting and unique way to celebrate your child's birthday!

• Festive private party room reserved for 2 hours for up to 30 guests.
• Admission to museum exhibits for all guests, up to 30 persons, excluding traveling exhibits.
• Additional Guests may be added for a fee of $4 per person.
• The summer traveling exhibit is "Leonardo da Vinci: Machines in Motion". There is an additional cost of $25 if you would like your party guests to be able to visit this area. We recommend this exhibit for children ages 8 and up.

• To book a party or for more information please call 254-710-1194 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Parties are $100 for members and $125 for non-members
• Become a member and book a party for only $175!
• Your party can be any day of the week! We are happy to schedule your party for any time during our regular museum hours.
• Please contact us early for your choice of dates!
• Please note that parties are not booked until scheduled and full payment is received.

• Party rooms are located in the Jeanes Discovery Center and include tables and chairs, refrigerator and freezer, sink, and trash receptacles. These rooms are large enough for games and celebration.
• Please bring your party list with you.
• You may bring cake, ice cream, cookies, cupcakes, candy, and drinks. Other party foods such as pizza or sandwiches may be ordered through Aramark Catering only. These food items must be ordered at least one week in advance. You are also responsible for any paper goods or decoration (NO balloons).
• You may arrive up to 30 minutes before your party time to decorate your room and prepare for guests.
• Your group may visit any area of the museum during your 2 hour party room reservation. After you check out of the birthday room, your group is welcome to stay longer and enjoy the museum.
