Groups of four or more students can reserve the Dottie S. Riley Conference Room located on the Garden Level of Moody Library. This room is available to students Monday-Friday 6pm - 6am, and on weekends.

This room features:

• Seating for twelve people

• Six flexible-use tables for group discussion

• Several fixed white boards

• A 42-inch wide screen monitor with wall-ports to connect personal devices

The room must be reserved ahead, and may be checked out for up to three (3) hours at a time. To reserve the room, visit or call the Moody TechPoint in the Study Commons at 710-4113. Reservations are made on a "first come, first served" basis. The Baylor ID Cards of four of your group members are required to check out the Riley Conference room.
