Are you an upper-level undergraduate, or are you working on a master's degree, in library science, museum studies, marketing, public relations, history or a related field? Think about a paid summer internship with the Baylor University Libraries, working with one of our special collections. Improve your skills and your future marketability!
The following internship opportunities are available for Summer 2013:
Open to current or admitted Baylor students only:
- John and Sarah Dowdy Endowed Internship
- D. M. Edwards Endowed Internship
- Sue Margaret Hughes Endowed Internship
Open to any student in an appropriate field of study (non-Baylor applications accepted):
- Armstrong Browning Library Endowed Internship
- Central Libraries Internship
- Electronic Library Internship
To apply, please provide the following:
- A statement not exceeding 500 words explaining how an internship fits the applicant's educational program and career goals;
- Your current resume; and
- A letter of recommendation, sent under separate cover, from a major professor.

Please note: If the internship is to meet curriculum requirements, your letter of recommendation must be from the head of the program in which enrolled. The letter should clearly state the program's internship requirements, including the number of hours required to successfully complete the internship.
