The 2017 Pruit Symposium proudly presents "Singing the Sermon: When the Message and the Music Matter" October 5-6, featuring keynote speakers Dr. Melvin Butler and Dr. Stephen Newby. Symposium events will be held at George W. Truett Theological Seminary, Armstrong Browning Library, and a gospel sing and celebration will be hosted by Greater Ebenezer Baptist Church.
In 2018, Moody Memorial Library will celebrate its 50th anniversary as Baylor University’s main campus library. In advance of that significant milestone, the Baylor Libraries have secured a $100,000 grant from the Moody Foundation to begin renovations and upgrades to the historic structure’s first floor.
