Academic & Research Computing Services


The Academic and Research Computing Services group (ARCS) was created as part of Baylor's effort to provide an infrastructure to support research at Baylor University. ARCS, which is part of the Electronic Library - Client Services group, provides high performance computing resources, programming support, research technology consultation, and Unix (Linux) system support.

12-03-12 Kodiak is back online.
12-02-12 Kodiak is currently down due to storage hardware issues. Please check back periodically for status updates.
08-07-12 Kodiak will be unavailable from 8/13 - 8/19 for maintenance. Please plan accordingly.
07-24-12 The Kodiak HPC cluster will be unavailable Monday, August 13, through Friday, August 18, due to maintenance.
