The Academic and Research Computing Services group (ARCS) was created as part of Baylor's effort to provide an infrastructure to support research at Baylor University. ARCS, which is part of the Electronic Library, provides high performance computing resources, programming support, as well as Unix and VMS system support for researchers at Baylor.
