All Baylor alumni may apply for check out privileges at the Main Circulation Desk (Moody Library, 1st floor). You must present a valid, government-issued ID card with current address, and supply current contact information (a phone number and/or email address).

Alumni may check out up to five items at a time. The loan period is 3 weeks with one renewal allowed. Media items, reserve materials, and some other materials are not available for check out. Please also note that interlibrary loan privileges are NOT available.

Please note that you are responsible for paying all charges assessed for materials in your possession, including replacement costs for lost or severely damaged items, repair costs for slightly damaged items, and overdue fines for each day a book is kept past the assigned due date.
