1. Click the Windows start button in the lower left of the screen.
2. Right click in the menu that pops up.
3. Click "Properties".
4. Click the "Start Menu" tab.
5. Click the "Customize" button in the upper right of the windows options.
Scroll down to "Run Command" and click the empty box to the left of "Run command".
Click "OK"
Click the next "OK" button
You should now have the "Run" command on your normal start menu.
