Setting your email signature

Outlook 2010
In the upper left of Outlook, click the "File" tab.
Click "Options" (2nd from bottom)
Click "Mail" (2nd link on left from top)
Click the signatures button on the right (3rd from top)
Create and save your signature and set the options for when it is to be used.
Click "Ok" at the bottom to close the Options window.

Setting Outlook to open the next/previous email

In the upper left of Outlook, click the "File" tab.
Click "Options" (2nd from bottom)
Click "Mail" (2nd link on left from top)
Scroll to the bottom of the mail options window.
The very last item contains a drop down box used to set the action.
Click the option you want and click "Ok" at the bottom to close the Options window.
