Prof. Elizabeth Miller To Testify on Proposed Legislation

Baylor Law Professor Elizabeth Miller will testify on proposed legislation at a Texas House of Representatives Business and Industry Committee hearing in Austin on Monday, March 28.

Professor Miller spoke at an American Law Institute-American Bar Association program titled "Limited Liability Entities: 2011 Update" in Washington, D.C., on March 17.
