Welcome to the Baylor Law School Intellectual Property Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic.

The Baylor Law School Intellectual Property Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic is a pro bono clinic staffed with students and faculty which focuses on patents, trademarks and other intellectual property matters.

Clients of the Baylor Law School Intellectual Property Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic are selected based upon a number of factors, including financial need, the educational value to the law students who are enrolled in the Clinic, the potential impact of the invention on society or communities, matching the invention with the technology background of student and faculty members of the Clinic, and on the caseloads of the Clinic.
