Jeff Jury is a nationally-recognized dispute resolver who has mediated over 500 cases since 1997 and arbitrated over 35 matters, 15 of which went to final disposition, since 2002. He has tried 28 cases to verdict over 25 years' experience representing clients in civil disputes and litigation. He also represents licensed professionals in many contexts.
Jeff has authored chapters for ABA-published books on mediation and construction law, and an article for Construction Briefings, a West publication.
Since 2009, Jeff has taught Advanced Dispute Resolution at Baylor Law School. He has created over 55 articles and presentations on mediation, arbitration, negotiation, trial advocacy, construction law, ethics, the financial crisis, and other topics.
