Baylor Law Professor Jill Wieber Lens’s article “Stays Pending Appeal: Why the Merits Should Not Matter” was selected for publication by the Florida State University Law Review and also made an SSRN top 10 download list. Professor Lens joined the Baylor Law faculty in 2010 and teaches Torts I, Torts II, Products Liability, and Appellate Advocacy & Procedure.

People's Law School

Baylor Law School hosted nearly 200 attendees at the 10th annual People's Law School, a free half-day curriculum of courses designed to educate the public about their legal rights and to make the law user-friendly.

Military Court

Students, faculty, alumni, and friends of Baylor Law School caught a glimpse inside an Army Judge Advocate General Corp (JAG) court proceeding as the Law School hosted the presentation of oral arguments before the U.S. Army Court of Criminal Appeals.
