The HEAT System will be taken down for maintenance and upgrades beginning at noon on Friday, June 10 until Monday at 8:00 a.m. The outage will require approximately 40 hours to complete. Upgrades to the database and the HEAT servers must be done, as well as apply software application upgrades.
During the half-day outage on Friday, tickets will need to be recorded manually, then added to the system the following week so that statistical analysis will be not compromised. Services affected by this outage are listed below.*
