Network hardware equipment 6/30/04June 29, 2004
In the past week, ITS has experienced intermittent network outages due to some problems related to the network hardware. These problems need to be addressed as quickly as possible before it causes a major network outage, which could result in extended downtime. For this reason, the replacement of the network hardware equipment will be performed at 5:45 AM on Wednesday, June 30, 2004. All ITS services including email and internet will not be accessible during this outage. All services should be restored and operational by 7:00 AM on Wednesday, June 30, 2004.
