If you are running the Macintosh OS X operating system, a client initiated backup is working properly and can now be performed during regular business hours so that they can be monitored. Please note that the backup server is unavailable between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM for regular maintenance. ITS Client Services has created some instruction documents to assist you at <a href="http://www3.baylor.edu/its/pdfs/Mac_Tivoli_Backup.pdf">Mac Tivoli Backup</a> or <a href="http://www3.baylor.edu/its/pdfs/Mac_Restore.pdf">Mac Tivoli Verify/Restore</a>.
Our investigation that will allow us to re-enable our automated backup schedules is still ongoing with the technicians at Tivoli. If you need additional assistance, please call the Help Desk ext 4357.
