UPDATE: If your credentials are compromised

June 12, 2017
Baylor ITS asks that the campus remain vigilant to the phishing attacks that have hit the university hard over the last couple of months. If your email account is shut off due to your credentials being compromised, note that your BearID will also be disabled so access to authenticated systems like Canvas and BearWeb will be unavailable until you contact the ITS Help Desk and your password is reset.

Also, at this time, Microsoft is requiring 24 hours before compromised email accounts are allowed to send email to non-Baylor email accounts. After your BearID password is reset through interaction with the Help Desk, you can login to your email and send to other baylor.edu accounts but cannot send to external accounts until Microsoft removes this block on the account.
