ITS technicians are continuing to work on the load-balancing issue with the email system. This issue may affect the connectivity or the functionality of some email connections. The load balancing service treats every connection separately. Because of this, users may see problems with one device, such as a computer, but a second device such as a phone, may continue to work. Work is underway to better balance the load so that all devices will receive a strong connection. Users experiencing problems across all their devices may be able to access their email by logging into Outlook Web Access at http://mail.baylor.edu. ITS staff are working diligently with vendor tech support to resolve these problems.
