The Trax Financial System will be down for maintenance beginning Friday, March 23 at 5:00 p.m. We expect the system to be available by the start of business on Monday, March 26.

The issues encountered as a result of the planned email outage on Monday evening, March 12, have been corrected and stabilized. No email messages were lost during the outage. Users continuing to see connectivity issues should contact the HELP Desk at (254) 710-4357.

ITS staff members have been working continuously with Microsoft support since the update Monday evening made as a part of the Exchange 2010 project. Much progress on outstanding issues has been made.

During the planned outage of university email Monday evening, issues were encountered that required email services to remain down for longer than anticipated. ITS staff members worked through the night with Microsoft support personnel to resolve the situation and email is now processing normally. No email messages were lost.
