Web access to OsoFast and Interlibrary loan services will be interrupted while an upgrade is performed on the data server beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, June 27 to apply necessary system updates. All services should be fully restored by 8:00 p.m. Friday evening.
Server maintenance to apply system updates will be performed on the Call Pilot phone system that controls all phone voicemail and menus on campus beginning at 6:00 PM on Thursday, June 12. All telephone menus, announcements and voicemail will be unavailable during the outage.
When Apple released Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard), Mac users experienced difficulties connecting to the AirBear wireless network in certain areas across campus. ITS staff worked closely with Apple engineers over the past several months to investigate this issue. Mac OS X 10.5.3, a free update for current 10.5 users available from Apple, resolves the issue for all Intel-based MacBook Pro, MacBook and MacBook Air users.
