by David Seago Baylor recently released a new "unified" web-based search application that replaces the old "Search", "A to Z" and "Directory" search items on Baylor's web pages. This new "unified" search, dubbed Search@Baylor, allows one to search various systems from one web page. Search@Baylor has three distinct search options in its initial release. The options available are as follows: Web Sites & Web Pages, People & Departments, and A-Z Listing of Registered Web Sites.
by Vicky Gerik Due to excessive complaints from the educational user communities, Macromedia has reversed their recent decision and now will allow concurrent usage of their products purchased through the volume license program. This includes the recent purchases Baylor has made for Dreamweaver MX, Flash MX and Fireworks MX. As long as we distribute the software using license-metering software (our product is Keyserver) concurrent usage rights is allowed. These products are now available on our software installers web pages.
