Description BearSpace is a network file storage system provided by the Electronic Library Client Services and Information Technology Services (ITS) to students, faculty and staff. BearSpace provides 1 gigabyte of disk space per person and allows an individual to store copies of important documents such as homework, notes, papers, and graphics on a system that is accessible from anywhere on the Internet.

Baylor has a new agreement with Box to provide secure, multi-platform, easy-to-access-and-sync cloud storage for faculty, staff, and students. Box will ultimately replace the storage and collaboration functionality of BearSpace. Box is available now. You may go to and sign in with your Bear ID and password to begin using the system.
