Description |
Airbear is Baylor University's on-campus wireless network. It is an 802.11b/g (with some 802.11a areas available) type network that covers the vast majority of campus buildings and several outdoor areas of campus. Click here to see where Airbear is available. Airbear uses 802.1x authentication for security, making it one of the most secure wireless networks in the country. |

Support:
Level A - Baylor Standard
During normal business hours, the Help Desk is available to respond immediately to questions
on the currently supported version of software. If the Help Desk is unable to answer the question,
a Heat ticket will be recorded and sent to the second-tier reponse team. Software at this level is
supported by serveral individuals responsible and every attempt will be made to respond to
the ticket in a timely fashion.
