BearQuest
BearQuest is the University's resource and allocation request system. Use BearQuest to submit a personnel request or to request additional funds over and above what is currently in your departmental budget.

Crystal Reports
Crystal Reports is the campus standard for report and data file generation against university information systems.

Some of Baylor's most used and most impressive systems have been written by one or more of the groups within the ITS division.

Financial Systems
The enterprise information systems that support the financial areas of the University are the Oracle PeopleSoft Financials System (TRAX) for general ledger, requisitions, purchase orders, and budget inquiry and the Longview Khalix System for planning, forecasting, and budget preparation.

Human Resources Systems
The University's human resource functions (employment, payroll, HR services, compensation and benefits, budgeting, and position control) are supported by and based on the SunGard Banner Human Resources System.

ID Card System
Baylor University runs the CBORD Gold ID system for campus ID cards, door access, and declining balance functionality.
