Delegate Response Card

Delegates must indicate their attendance by September 3. For a copy of the delegate response card, click here.

Regalia

Delegates are encouraged to bring their regalia to the symposium or luncheon, where it will be checked in and delivered to the robing area at Ferrell Center.

Parking and Shuttle Service

Representatives of colleges and universities are asked to park at the East Campus Parking Facility located at Daughtrey Avenue and Second Street. A shuttle will take guests to the symposium, luncheon, and ceremony, then return them to their vehicles.

Directions to East Campus Parking Facility from I-35

• Exit University Parks Drive 335B and go east
• Turn right on Daughtrey Avenue (second street after the second stop light)
• The garage will be on your right at the intersection of Daughtrey and Second Street

Directions to East Campus Parking Facility from State Highway 6

• Take the Baylor University exit from Highway 6 onto La Salle Avenue
• Pass University Parks Drive and turn right on Second Street
• The parking facility will be on your left at the intersection of Second Street and Daughtrey Avenue

Rooms at these hotels are being held for inauguration guests. When making reservations, please request a room in the "Baylor Inauguration" block. This block will be held until August 26.
