Major Strategic Proposals

In 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 departments or groups submitted major strategic proposals (MSPs) for initiatives that would have broad impact on the University and require extensive additional resources. The reports below summarize the MSP process for those years.

Operational Requests

Operational Requests are used for projects that require additional funding. These requests, submitted through Bearquest, will be considered three times a year: fall, spring and summer.
