After graduating from Baylor University, I attended Texas A&M University for graduate school. I taught in the Navasota, Bryan, and Waco school districts before "retiring." After 3 months of retirement, I was given the opportunity to teach one semester at Baylor. Thinking it would be fun, I decided to "unretired" for one semester. That was in January of 2003!

I enjoy being involved with students outside the classroom as well as in the classroom. I serve as an advisor to Kappa Omega Tau, a men's service club, as well as a university greeter, and University 1000 teacher.
