Fashion Merchandising Summer Study Tours
The fashion industry is a truly global industry, and Baylor University's Fashion Merchandising program exposes students to this exciting aspect through its Summer Study tours.
Tour locations alternate by year, and alternate between the following two itineraries:
New York - Montréal: Students spend eleven days visiting designer showrooms, trend forecasting agencies and apparel manufacturers in the US and Canada. Students may receive FCS elective course credits for attending this trip.

Europe: An exciting twenty-one day trip through the fashion capitals of Europe. Together with Interior Design students, Fashion students are treated to a broad exposure to the many facets of the international apparel industry. In addition to professional appointments, group excursions include visits to art, textile, and costume museums, design schools, manufacturers, palaces and villas. Students may receive FCS elective course credit or credit for FCS 4393 - Trends and Issues in Merchandising for attending this trip.
