Field Courses and Hands-on Experience

AccordionImage12In this major, your classroom could be a forest, a park, a trash lab, a marsh or even a waterfall. The department offers numerous opportunities for travel and field studies including local sites such as Lake Waco, Waco Wetlands and Lake Brazos as well as trips to the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica. Such experiences are available for course credit during the summer as well as the fall and spring semesters.
