- Helpline (710-4357) -- Call the Helpline (dial: H-E-L-P) to troubleshoot your technology questions.
- Academic Technology Director (ATD) -- You can also call your ATD. Make sure to communicate with him or her during the budget planning process.
- The Electronic Library -- supports technology used in teaching, learning and research. Sub-units within the Electronic Library include:
- Classroom Technology Services – supports presentation classrooms, videoconferencing, and the Classroom Performance System (an electronic in-class student response system).
- Academic Research and Computing Services – supports high performance computing systems, unix/linux workstations, and miscellaneous servers.
- Online teaching and learning services – supports a range of technology systems used in teaching and learning including Micrograde, Blackboard, and Bear Space.
- Digital Media Studio – provides multimedia resources such as poster printing, scanning, video and audio projects, and graphic design.
