Welcome to the online documentation for the Content Management System (CMS) at Baylor University. A content management system is a web based system that allows publishing and editing as well as maintenance from a central interface. Such content management systems provide tools to manage workflow in a collaborative environment.

Our CMS allows users to maintain and display content such as text, graphics, photos, video and audio.

Whether you want to learn about the CMS or need help with your existing site that is running in the CMS, Electronic Communications offers two methods for support.

  1. Training Offered
    Electronic Communications offers training for both the novice and the more advanced/knowledgeable user, scheduled with seminars from ITS. To see what classes are currently offered and to sign up take a look at the Training and Development Seminar website.
  2. Consulting Services
    Electronic Communications offers consulting services including advice on how to structure a website, assistance in getting a new site started, graphics support, and much more. Your department may have already been assigned a web consultant to work with. To find out who that person is, please go to the Departmental Consulting Services page.
