Volunteer Transportation & Parking

Move10

Working with New Residents

As a volunteer, if you have new Baylor students ask you about how to get to campus, please advise them to refer to the instructions they received from Campus Living & Learning. Exceptions will not be made to the traffic flow patterns on the day of Move-In Day and students will not be allowed early entry to their residence halls under any circumstances.

For more information, you can refer to these driving directions.

Getting to Campus & Volunteer Parking

As a volunteer, please coordinate carpools to reduce the number of vehicles parked on campus during Move-In Day. When you arrive on campus, you must park your vehicle in the East Campus parking garage at the corner of 2nd and Daughtry (near the McLane Student Life Center and Baylor Science Building). There will be a green Baylor Shuttle bus running to deliver you to your assigned area of service. Later shifts of volunteers should approach the East Campus parking garage from LaSalle for easy access without crossing Move-In Day vehicle traffic.
