Transfer Housing

Research shows that students who live on campus make higher grades and are more likely to graduate, build closer relationships with their professors and friends, and are more involved in student activities. That’s why Baylor is committed to providing qualified transfer students an opportunity to live on campus.

Requirements 

On-campus housing is GUARANTEED for all incoming transfer students who wish to live on campus and who complete the following by July 15, 2013. 

• Have paid the $300 enrollment deposit through their goBAYLOR account
• Have completed their housing preferences through their goBAYLOR account
• Have registered for fall 2013 classes or scheduled an appointment with an academic advisor

Housing Assignments

Priority in housing assignments is based on the date the enrollment deposit is paid and the completion of all requirements. Students can complete their preferences through goBAYLOR. Available living areas include:

Fairmont Apartments
Arbors Apartments
Brooks Flats
North Village
University Parks Apartments (waitlist open)
Living-Learning Programs (application and acceptance required)

Incoming transfer students will be given priority for any available upper-division vacancies. Assignments to freshmen living areas are an option as well, where space available.
