Mail Services

If you are living in a residence hall, your mail and packages are delivered to the university's Mail Services center located in the Bill Daniel Student Center. Mail Services will assign your individual box and notify you of your mailbox number in early August before Move-in day. Each student is issued one mailbox key, which can be picked up at the mail room.

Each mailbox caries a mailing address in the following format:

Name of student

One Bear Place #XXXXX

Waco, TX 76798-XXXX

The first number in the box number designates a student. The last four digits in the box number and the last four numbers of the zip code are identical to expedite delivery and facilitate mail processing. Packages should be delivered to the same address, not to residence halls.

Exception: If you are living in Arbors, East Arbors, Fairmont, or Gables, your mail is delivered directly to the apartment mailboxes. Residents in these apartments may also choose to rent a box at the Mail Services Center.
