The Fairmont Apartment Community is located at 1600 S. 5th St. between 4th and 6th streets.
The complex is composed of one building containing one and/or two bedroom apartments. The apartments are conveniently located near the McLane SLC, the Baylor Science Building, and the Hankamer/Cashion Buildings. Security is provided by CL&L's Safety and Security Education Officers and Baylor Police Department. Residents of the Fairmont Apartments are primarily upper-division students.
