Arbors Apartment Details

The Arbors Apartment Community is located at 1825 South 3rd Street adjacent to the East Side Parking Garage.

Located conveniently near the McLane Student Life Center, the Baylor Science Building, and the Hankamer/Cashion Buildings, the complex is composed of eleven buildings, each containing one and/or two bedroom apartments.

The apartments are easily recognizable by the numerous pecan and oak trees contributing to the well-shaded landscaping of the grounds. A foosball table and big screen television are located at the clubhouse for your enjoyment.

As a resident, you are able to receive your mail on the premises instead of at the Student Union Building and are not required to have a Baylor DPS issued parking decal to park at the Arbors. Security is provided by CL&L's Safety and Security Education Officers and Baylor DPS.
