Welcome to NoRo, a place of authentic community, genuine relationships and women who seek to be a part of something greater than themselves!! We are delighted to be embarking on the journey of the coming year together and look forward to the many memories that will be made during your time in North Russell. Our hope is that the upcoming year will be one in which you find yourself engaging in meaningful conversations, being challenged in your academic endeavors, getting involved in the Baylor community (and beyond) and creating lifelong friendships with fellow NoRo residents.

Our theme for the coming year is based on the following Audrey Hepburn quote:

"People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; never throw out anyone."

We are hopeful that each member of the NoRo community will come to view herself and her fellow residents as irreplaceable; women worthy of God's redemptive work. Our community would not be the same without the unique contributions you bring and we look forward to getting to know each of you throughout the coming year.
