We are pleased you have decided to join us and look forward to getting to know you. We know you have a unique contribution to make to Baylor. Over 500 international students and scholars representing more than 70 countries consider Baylor their home away from home.

To assist you with your transition to Baylor, you will find the International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) office to be a great resource. The staff in the ISSS office serves as your liaison to U.S. federal agencies and is there to assist you with maintaining your visa status. Our dedicated team is prepared to assist you with social and personal adjustments to life in the U.S. through programs, activities, and services designed especially for you! We look forward to sharing the details with your during orientation week.

Upon your arrival to Waco, please make sure you check in with the ISSS office to ensure that you have entered the U.S. in the correct status. Please bring your passport, visa, I-94 card, and form I-20 with you. We look forward to meeting you and to getting to know you better during the orientation activities and dinners the Center for International Education will host for all new international and exchange students.
